In the app
The quickest way: Settings → Message Us. Settings is the gear icon at the top left of the You tab. We answer in the same conversation, and if notifications are on, your phone tells you when we do.

For bar owners, for anyone without the app, or if you would rather. We reply by email to the address you give.
What you send is used only to answer you. It goes to the same inbox as messages from the app and is kept with our support records until you ask us to delete it. See our Privacy Policy.
